TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Your pass is valid from the date of purchase through the end of the 2025 Festival.
• The Festival Pass is for use only by the person listed on the pass and must match the picture on file and is non-transferable.
• Passes do not include food; merchandise; Parx Liberty Carousel or Philly Mini Golf tickets; or admission on days the Festival is not open to the public.
• Park operating dates and times are subject to change without notice.
• All attractions are subject to availability and weather conditions. Please check our website for any updated weather advisories.   
• Your pass may be used once per day for admittance.
• Once you leave the Festival you cannot re-enter, the same as daily ticket holders.
• Passes may be cancelled by management for violation of park rules without refund.
• All Festival Pass sales are final, there are no refunds for unused passes.
