Program Details
The 90-minute experience begins insie the Betsy Ross House with a spooky house tour, where guests will come upon Betsy herself in her workshop, sewing a coffin lining. From there, the experience moves outside, beginning at Betsy Ross's grave and continuing through the historic streets of Old City.
Along the way, guests will make several stops, including Christ Church, as stories of 18th century Philadelphia's disease, death and burial bring the neighborhood's historyto life.
The tour concludes at The Garden at City Tavern, a charming outdoor space decked out for fall, where guests can enjoy a seasonally-inspired cocktail and take in the atmosphere of Old City after dark.
